Important limits on the general information published on the Roof Nestly website.
The content on roofnestly.com — including articles, garden ideas, crop guides, seasonal calendars and FAQs — is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for a site-specific survey or professional advice about your building.
Information about roof loads, waterproofing, drainage or green roof layers is general guidance. Every building is different. Before adding significant weight to a roof, you should obtain advice from a qualified structural engineer. Roof Nestly surveys are visual garden-planning assessments and are not engineering reports.
Descriptions of cooling, rainwater retention and other environmental benefits of green roofs reflect generally observed effects. Actual results vary with climate, building design, roof construction, plant cover and maintenance. We do not guarantee specific temperature reductions or energy savings.
Harvest expectations, growing times and crop suggestions are typical indications only. Results depend on weather, sunlight, pests, water, soil and care. We do not guarantee any particular yield.
If you choose to build or modify a rooftop garden yourself based on information from this website, you do so at your own risk. Always work safely at height, keep drains clear and avoid placing soil directly on waterproofing.
Some plants can cause allergic reactions or are harmful if eaten by people or pets. Please check the suitability of plants for your household. Only eat produce you have positively identified as edible.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
Photographs on this website are used to illustrate garden styles, plants and techniques. They may not show projects completed by Roof Nestly, and your finished garden will be designed for your own roof.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the website is free of errors. We may change content at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roof Nestly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on general information on this website. Services we provide are governed by our Terms and Conditions.
